The Utopia Room will open at the Crealdé Business Center, Winter Park, Florida in October 2009. This room is furnished with luxury leather furniture, a wonderful gold inlay Egyptian throne, a 75 gallon fish environment filled with gold and silver koi fish - a complete Zen-like environment where one can focus on their inner self. The Utopia room can accommodate as many as 20 people for workshops, seminars, and private enlightenment. This is the miniature version of our future Utopia. To create a natural retreat called "Utopia", with a complete self-sustained guarded arboretum, for total freedom from the physical and mental stress of modern society. This environment will allow guests to rejuvenate their body and mind and rediscover their primal roots by escaping modern technology such as TVs, cell phones, and computers. What it will look like? A natural garden with running streams throughout, waterfalls to walk under or just admire, and exotic plants and foliage to help develop a state of primal nature and true piece of mind…
Guests will check their technology and stress at the entrance to Utopia; thereby discovering a new reality of down time so the human mind can rest. Utopia will utilize the latest green technology to be completely self-sufficient, thereby reducing its dependency on electricity. Our goal is to reduce the human footprint as much as possible.
At the present time, our graphic artist is creating renderings of what ‘Utopia’ might look like. When we establish the complete Utopia vision, it will be available on the web site. In addition, the original artwork will be featured at the Utopia room in Winter Park, Florida.
The bigger picture and location of ‘Utopia’ have not yet been determined, but most likely it will be situated in Florida. Depending on land availability, our goal is to purchase 100 acres or more, for two important reasons; privacy, and preserving the Earth's natural environment. A fundamental Common Point principle is to highly respect the earth. As this dream becomes reality we will keep you up to date on our progress.
